Pickled Vegetables (Chinese cooking)



Ingredients :

1 cup chopped cucumbers, cabbage and carrot
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
Salt to taste

Method :

Mix all the ingredients mentioned above and serve as a side with Indo-Chinese cuisine.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving. This will help the vegetables absorb the flavours.
