Here is a recipe adapted from the book "Beautiful Children" by Tarika Ahuja. The book is about how food can affect the health and emotions of a child. There are a lot of interesting recipes in this book which are healthy and at the same time appealing for children. This recipe using Amla (Gooseberry) is a must try for everyone.
